Autotip #92

Currently i use the autotip mod (from sk1ers website) and i have benn trying to remove evrything that needs (not) essential. It also has no commits in 4 years. It will be nice to add autotip and optinaly connect to the api there (and put random stuff in the os field of the login api)(the api makes it so that if there isnt a booster in a minigame, it tips a random user in that minigame)

We need the Sk1er API in order for this, and I don't think they'd let us.
