new: add scrolling to dropdowns

add scrolling to dropdowns if there are more than 10 elements

Other than the scrollbar looking slightly wonky when at the top or bottom due to the rounded edges of the dropdown, it works fine and looks fine tho I wish the scrollbar was a bit more noticeable. When first opening the dropdown, it's not visible, and the options fit fine in the space so you can't really tell there's anything below the shown ones. Once you start scrolling the color blends nin a bit too well but that's fine. I'd personally prefer if the scrollbar was shown at all times or at least when first opening the option and then starting the fadeout animation so you can at least tell its a thing.
