To make the Ice Oceans more.. natural. Can you have it not rain but instead snow?
Even though the Ice Oceans aren't vanilla, I believe it would make it seem like it is if it snowed.
It would also be cool if there was the broken ships that are trapped in the ice, along with icebergs.
