Fix flora from cutting off other >1 block tall flora #109

image This should be solved by rearranging the gen order of relevant flora, such that the taller flora takes precedence

I believe this is a Terra bug and was fixed by https://github.com/PolyhedralDev/Terra/commit/865ec58d70785c9f856786b5c06ac5ef2e37edf7, closing for now, will reopen if any instances are discovered.
