Remove elevation zones #128

An extension of #127, since elevation zones would not serve a purpose anymore. This would also involve removing elevation variants of biomes as well, which should be done alongside https://github.com/PolyhedralDev/Terra/issues/336 to prevent existing worlds from breaking.

Closing this, as elevation zones will still serve a purpose for determining flat areas (required for aquatic biomes like marshes) and possibly mountain specific biomes
