Also palm trees should not contain fences or any non organic blocks - and would be better suited as sponge schematics to decrease pack load times.
Think the volcanic palette could use some work, as well as the noise EQ. Looks too simplexy and could probably benefit from almost looking like a basalt delta

I think using procedurally generated palms such as the ones from the old default could look good

it would be difficult to build on the rocks if it looks like the basalt delta biome, but I agree on the palette looking simplexy
Closing, as this will not fit in with the rest of the Overworld config, and similar biomes have been made to fill what this biome would have done.

being for flora that can also be on sand. But I'm not sure about the name.
