Feat/adapt client to new contracts

Changes included:

• New utils version (new contract) implementation
• Remove unused code (market orders)
• Libs reorgs, removing useless libs
• Unit test suite
• Github Workflow

This PR needs the clob-order-utils PR to be merged and then the clob-order-utils new version published in the registry.

When the new version of clob-order-utils is published we will have to update its reference in the package.json file of this repository.

This is why the CI is not running, the clob-order-utils repo is private and can't be found. Once we start using the npm library we will be good.
