Unable to make it work on Windows #15

Hi,

I'm right now testing in a Surface 4 Windows 10 computer.

I'm installed the plugin, it shows as installed in the Atom setting page, I've closed Atom and openend again, I've opened the sample project in ' atom-plugin/example-project` and nothing happens. No auto-completion, no error on misspelled imports. nothing.

Same thing when trying to use my own components.

Is there something else I need to do to activate the plugin?

This should work as of the next release thanks to #69
