Any rough ETA? #205

I need to commit to a framework for a new project, but the speed of dev seems to have slowed here considerably. Anyone any idea of when we can expect v1.0?

Actually I guess lit-element going to 1.0 is the main hold up. Just want to be sure nothing major is going to change or be missing before I commit a large project to it.
