Please add a license to this repo

Could you please add an explicit LICENSE file to the repo so that it's clear under what terms the content is provided, and under what terms user contributions are licensed?

I see that package.json lists BSD-3-Clause as the license, which makes this the same as the other repos in the https://github.com/Polymer org, but the other 2 featured repos both have explicit LICENSE files:

• https://github.com/Polymer/lit-html/blob/master/LICENSE
• https://github.com/Polymer/lit-element/blob/master/LICENSE

which makes it clear and helps with GitHub automatically displaying the license in the repo overview.

Could you please add the same LICENSE file to this repo for clarity? Thanks!
