Note, this PR is a work in progress. It definitely isn't ready to merge until https://github.com/Polymer/polymer-analyzer/pull/543 has landed and the new imports in shop-app are rel="lazy-import"

Should this PR be on 2.0-preview branch (or 2.0-preview-class for Class-based syntax)? master is still for Polymer 1.x stuffs.
