Polymer build fails silently when fragments are set #3441

Hi. We are using cordova to deliver a mobile app, but webcomponents are instantiated before the bootstrap process is done (because of the bundle file that contains almost everything - es5), even if the first webcomponent is imported dynamically at the end of this process, so i tried to put fragments as ["src/ui/*/"] and even single files, but the polymer build fails with no error.
