update event names in tests #55

I merged https://github.com/PolymerElements/app-localize-behavior/pull/52 but didn't realize the tests were still using the old names. This fixes that.

LGTM because fixes tests on FF, Chrome, Safari. Tests are not passing on IE (tried with v0.9.2 and they weren't passing either back at that version)

I think the IE tests are broken because we're doing things on the prototype, maybe? I only now realized we don't run any tests on this repo, so that's how it probably got missed.

@azakus, can you help us add the Travis config, please?

And by us I clearly just mean me, because Travis is scary
