Description

app-media-image-capture can't set the track constraints

Expected outcome

Should set the constraints when setting the constraint property.

Actual outcome

Nothing changed when I set constraint property.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set the pointsOfInterest property, the focus point of camera does not change.

Tested on Chrome of Pixel
