Show static methods. #150

Static methods sort before instance methods.
I kinda wish static methods were combined with instance methods in the descriptor, with a property to tell you if they are instance vs static :D

LGTM on the UI side. I'd file issues for any remaining questions you have about possible UI tweaks and we can discuss there, but it shouldn't block anything, IMO.
