Added wrapper function for mouseover, mouseenter, and mouseleave

Fixes #90, fixes #65 by creating three new functions mouseenter(node, xy), mouseleave(node, xy), and mouseover(node, xy) that wrap the makeMouseEvent(eventName, xy, node) function.
