Although it might be nice to throw in a TODO that we need to apply the behavior form of paper-material whenever that becomes a thing..

@cdata I'm going to skip adding the TODO everywhere, since I don't actually know what the final solution is (and I know @sorvell is working on paper-button at the moment, so that TODO is a bit moot)
