overflow: auto causes clipping of iron-dropdown #85

Description

overflow: auto (introduced in #84) causes iron-dropdowns inside a paper-dialog to be clipped. paper-menu-button, paper-menu are affected by this.

Expected outcome

No clipping!

Actual outcome

Clipping :disappointed:
