Adding Vertical and Horizontal offset #98

Similarly to paper-menu-button (which should be renamed paper-button-menu or the other way round for the sake of consistency...), it would be nice to have access to Offset attributes both Vertical and Horizontal to be able to have proper dropdown no recovering the input...

These properties just need to be aliased in paper-dropdown-menu to make it work, I think..
