drop id from iron-icon #132

When you have multiple paper-icon-buttons on the page and are in not shadow DOM mode tools like aXe will complain about this.

Aside from this element's tests that seem to use .$.icon directly (which we could fix), it seems that a bunch of internal tests use it as well, which means we can't merge this until we fix them. Closing this PR until we fix those.
