More discerning caching strategy for images. #154

Now that we have animated Polymons and a bunch of tournament-specific images, this change proposes that those things will not be precached. As of today, these things are not intended to be viewed offline or on phones, so not precaching them is probably good.

Are the polymon_rock_#.png used in the clients or only the tournament? Same question for logo_io.png and moon.png

@e111077 those are only used in the tournaments. Everything in the standard view is flattened into a wallpaper.
