Add anonymized identifiers to submitted reports

Sometimes we get mass reports of ratings, back-and-forth and back-and-forth. I want to know how much of it is noise we can just 'filter out' vs things we should act on.

Looks good to me. I just think that we should add this identifier to all new ratings as well. Sometimes a professor gets spammed and it is nice to know if the ratings all came from one place to be mass deleted.
