Add .Chatted event "Event" parameter

Fixes #90

The whole method and event parameter system needs a rewrite, but maybe for another day. @BrixsterPlanet you said you wanted to 🤷 (unreadable mess)

Not tested but Willemsteller made the original issue so I'm going to assume this is ok. It's easy to revert if there are inaccuracies
