create a simple custom waypoint dialog instead of using `prompt()`

When clicking a waypoint, you should be able to edit:

• altitude (typeable number)
• bypass terrtain follow (checkbox) to make this waypoint's alt kick in even if TER is on
• landing point (checkbox)
