tonic arranger (and a shitton of UI improvements etc) implemented.
That just leaves adding a parallel step arranger so you can have chords and "freehand" playing at the same time, and investigating why on earth there's still audio clipping at the start/stop of key presses even though we're using gain-based attack and decay.
