Either I forgot a git push --tags or I never generated version tags. Either way, let's fix that.

Thanks! However, I think that the tag v2.4 is attached to the wrong commit: Shouldn't it be rather bf47e7ad986ca3767a854548eafab1a3a8cc9aeb?

nope - that commit didn't have the correct docs yet, and it's not 2.4 until the docs agree that it's 2.4 =)
