New class \EgyptianHieroglyphsFull.
Move the following scripts to the block for newer XeTeX versions since we need slots for extending existing classes:

CypriotSyllabary ImperialAramaic InscriptionalPahlavi InscriptionalParthian
Updates for version 2.7.

For the next version I suggest to remove the distinction between 'old' and 'new' XeTeX – the version with the \XeTeXinterwordspaceshaping command was released in February 2016...
