There's a conflict in the Cyrillic part. Both a block and a class group are called Cyrillic, which makes it impossible to define a transition rule for the block only.

Oh, intersting...nice catch!

Let's keep the block Cyrillic, since those names trump groups, and rename the group to Cyrillics (to keep it close to the original name)

The same will apply to Arabic, keep the block Arabic, and the group Arabics
