In what scenes are the main characters most/ least in control of themselves and happenings in Neo-Tokyo (ie the Revolution, The Espers (psychic powers))? Structure and setting play into control, but mostly certain language and action

New Forms of Markup: Adding note elements with ab inside to mark scenes where powers are used. Customize ab, ab = "move". Others?

Example: <note><ab><persName ref="#kaneda">Kaneda</persName> fires a shot from his laser gun</ab>, and Tetsuo, already having an aura of psychic powers around him, deflects the laser shot point blank in front of his face. However, the force of the laser energy knocks him backwards. Kaneda has the upper hand at this point.</note>

Up in the Personography, add <trait type="faction"><label>.....</label></trait> What values will you use for label? (We can add these to the ODD. Be careful to be consistent. Check your markup with XPath using distinct-values())
