Add build_apptainer_images.sh script to build all apptainer images #15

This PR adds a small script that goes into each algorithm folder and builds the apptainer image. If an apptainer image already exists in that folder, the script asks if you want to rebuild the apptainer image. Also updated the README to use this new script.

Thank you, this automation will be really useful. I'll test the script on HPC and merge the PR soon.
