In commit 23dfab458a2419db08d9ec166a812cbc7c3ddab3 the names of the datasets in dataset_tags.tsv were updated.

However, the folder names in sample_data and results have not been updated.

So if you follow the README and run the benchmark with ./run.sh sample_data/PXD004424, you get an error that the dataset PXD004424 can not be found.
