This PR updates bspwm to its latest version 0.9.10.

this repository is not for patches that should go in the main SlackBuild repository but only for fixes for stuff to build on current: if you have such contributions please base your modification on the master branch as the current one gets force-pushed every week. if you have an update for a script that applies to 15.0 you should get in touch with the maintainer and if he's not responsive after a couple of weeks, post it on the slackbuilds-users mailing list: as you wish to have an updated script you could also ask to step-in as a maintainer in place of the non-responsive one because unmaintained scripts might be removed from the repository, sooner or later.
