docker selenium v4 support #3

Just want to thank to this repo for helping the Casebook PBC to build a scalable selenium grid solution. I had applied these changes in the Casebook PBC to run the selenium grid version 4 internally without any issue past half year. Thinking it would be good to share the configuration to allow folks to use it.
