Can you provide an example on how the VPC should be created? #4

I'm really not sure on how I should setup the VPC container in order to have these three vars filled:

subnet_ids_nodes = ["",""] subnet_ids_hub = ["",""] subnet_ids_elb = ["",""]

2 private subnets = subnet_ids_nodes? 2 public subnets = subnet_ids_hub ?

what about subnet_ids_elb? what should I add in there?
