[x] eat_item에서 item종류 설정
[x] utils에서 내아이템인지 확인, playes의 slot api 수정 : "item": {"can_see" : True}, //없으면 null
[x] 상대플레이어 에게만 '?' 로 보이게, 본인/관전자는 아이템 볼수있음
[x] consumers/round_ing/get_my_player_info 게임 플레이어인지 확인, 상대플레이어 슬롯은 '?'로 출력, 관전자 및 본인은 모두 출력

테스트 해봤는데 전략적 플레이까지 가능한 ,, 넘 좋습니다 !
