can you share the download link of Paper's_weights_UCF_QNRF.zip again? The current download speed is too slow! thx very much!

NEW LINK is the backup link for downloading the pretrained weights if the primary connection is not usable. Sorry for the late reply. It's been a busy month. I appreciate your interest in this research.
