Booru-style tags & taxonomies #23

Note: #86 (switching to PostgreSQL) should be done first.

Pony.fm's taxonomies, in their current form, are too rigid to accurately describe all of the pony fandom's music.

Booru-style tags will be a powerful replacement for them as they'll make the following possible:

It should be possible to organize tags in groups (like "genres" and "show songs") so special UI can exist for managing them and to make it possible to map them to the tags in downloadable files.

Consider building an IPLS (involved people list) ID3 tag out of the above data.

Genres need to be left in Please do not remove the genres

There needs to be both a tag and a genre system, so as to make it easy to search music by genre, and by tag. Genres need to be a fixed list that forces the user to pick one genre. Styles and such can then be expressed as tags.

It's possible we can implement required tags, would that alleviate your issue @westjgames?

I would honestly say that having a list of tags where at least one is required would be a better way to handle genres, and using tags for genres to keep search consistent and allow multi-genre tagging
