No game data found #6

The program often fails to get the list of games, stating:
"No game data found. Please make sure the custom URL name is spelled correctly,
and that the profile is public."

I usually just waited a few days and then it would work again. But the next
time it would surely fail again. Mind that I never touched the settings of the
program or steam. So it can't be a misconfiguration because otherwise it would
never work and not just sometimes, right?

But now it hasn't worked for weeks. I already updated to the latest Version and
started from scratch with a clean profile.
The problem was present on my old PC as well. I could recreate it on XP, 7 and
8. Disabled firewall, anti-virus and basically every other program that was
running. But the program still only works whenever it feels like it.

Forgot to mention:
Very rarely it'll state "There was an error downloading the profile data"
instead of the message posted above.

The Steam community page isn't really working all that well lately, which is
why the downloads are failing to get the info they need. The latest version was
only released to add a workaround for at least one problem with it. If the
program can't download some version of your game list from the Steam Community
site, I don't have another way to get it.

It's NOT going to be a problem with the profile data that the program has
saved. It's also unlikely to be anything related to a firewall or anything like
that.

If you could provide me with your Steam profile name, I can see if there's
anything specific to yours that could be causing problems.

I'll also have to consider additional debug features to try to make it more
clear whether problems are with the program or with the Steam community site.
