Timer 3 is used both for the RTC and the ADC, major conflict there. #1

As the title suggests, timer 3 is used for both the RTC and as the ADC timer. The current effect of this is that the ADC is running with an incorrect sample freqency.

The ADC timer was changed to timer 2 instead. It is now also very easy to to configure the adc module for use with either timer 3 or timer 2.
