"create new" sometimes modifies existing post #28

Go to web page "event map". Sometimes the "create new" button opens an existing post and when you save, the existing post will be change with the new data.

The http state instance wasn't initialized properly, which caused the modify property to be "reused" from previous connections. This is why it was seen as an intermittent fault. Fixed by clearing the entire instance at when a new connection is found.
