Event logger

[GoogleCodeExporter]

We need some kind of system where you can subscribe to events (deal, raise,
...) happening at a certain table. This is needed for logging but more
importantly to be able to provide all clients with event updates.

I'm sure kenzo knows what design pattern this is.

Indeed, mediator/observer pattern :)
That's why I was going to do next, but I'm now a little busy with the latest 
Harry
Potter and work....

I will try to implement the frame work to work in today, but can't assure 
anything...
