These were all of the completed runs. The number of iterations in MASTER runs were unpredictable and only 1 out of 5 ran to completion. The others ran for an extended period of time until encountering a bug in the code that I will write in another issue once diagnosed. An extension of issue #42

Confidence intervals have been added to the estimates and the PDF has been updated. Thanks for the help @0ldM4j0r

Have reviewed, switching focus to twt
