Compiling requires non-CRAN package dependencies #130

ERROR: dependencies ‘rcolgem’, ‘whisker’ are not available for package ‘Kaphi’
* removing ‘/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/3.3/Resources/library/Kaphi’

Forgot to remove rcolgem from DESCRIPTION file. Needed to install whisker in R. Fixed by commit 4bb02d7164fc9a3dce92aea14f27680c48ed80b3
