Unit test compartmental model simulations #60

Are the rcolgem wrapper functions yielding "correct" simulations of trees from the respective models?

The most basic compartmental model would be the SI model (not tracking recovered compartment R). First, we need to look for analytical solutions for the branch length distribution (internode distances). Such solutions will provide targets for summary statistics to test our outputs.

I know that paper - I don't think this is what we're looking for. I recommend moving straight on to validation.
