When I tried running the compartmental model on a tree generated by the yule model it ran for multiple days as documented in issue #22. I will rerun the tree in an attempt to fix the endless run.

I have just realised that I have by mistake flipped the shape and rate values of gamma for the run that lasted multiple days, which is probably the source of the problem. However I still believe that a limit for the steps should be hard coded as the user might enter values similar to my wrong ones.

The compartmental model with 1000 particles successfully finished running on the tree generated from the yule model in 4054.6 s.
