Add button to download lineage statistics as a CSV file #292

Some users have wanted to download the divergence (residual) from the molecular clock model for lineages, which are currently displayed in tooltips. Since this information is currently difficult to extract from the tips and clusters objects in the global namespace, it would be helpful to provide this as a downloadable table.

@GopiGugan implemented in dev branch, need to remove excess spaces, i.e., , and shorten field names

Following a successful test of #264, let's merge #264 into dev and issue a PR including #292
