VirusSeq CoVizu cron job was running to update every three days
incomplete lineage assignments from Viral AI was causing the pipeline to crash
removed cron job, will manually launch VirusSeq CoVizu and monitor after patching the above issue (ignore missing lineage assignments)

Ran without errors locally. Scheduling run on SuperDome for later today
