In the log file:

Could be a network related issue or the Viral AI database could have been unavailable at the time. I'm able to run dnastack collections query virusseq 'SELECT isolate, lineage FROM publisher_data.virusseq.samples' --format csv > data/viralai.csv without any issues now

Confirmed that there were no scheduled maintenance at the time the pipeline failed (~14:30). There were no issues logged in the log servers at the time the pipeline failed.
