DOR resistance level #90

While comparing results of sierralocal and stanford, I realise that the DOR resistance levels do not agree between sierralocal and stanford. Could it be due to the update as it was the case in the previous versions

Any help is appreciated

Hi @Kanyerezi30, are results the same for all other drugs? Can you please provide your operating system, OS version, Python version and other such details? It would also help if you could provide a minimum example to reproduce the problem, such as a single published sequence.

We've checked again and I think there's something we weren't doing right. Everything is okay now
