I'm almost finished commenting and cleaning up the code running my MCMC slippage model. I plan to collect the scripts into a single folder. Would you like me/you to create a new repository for it?

When reviewing the code, I a) fixed some dependencies on functions that were redundant and b) fixed a logical error within a key algorithm surrounding the movement of slip events. Figured I would address these problems while I am aware of them.
